HEVEA Plywood

What is Hevea plywood? Hevea refers to the rubber tree that is found at the core of this product. Our Hevea plywood has two core variants. The first is a 100% rubberwood core, or as we call it, a Hevea core. The second option is the so-called mix core, which contains a combination of eucalyptus, acacia and/or rubberwood.

As you know, the most popular type of plywood is birch. How does Hevea compare to birch? They both contain PF resin. In terms of bonding quality, both are class 3. Both plywoods have E1 and Carb P2 formaldehyde emissions. Density is 600-700 kg/m3 for both. Even the water resistance is the same - see video. So where's the difference? Hevea is much cheaper than birch plywood.

Hevea is a perfect price-friendly substitute for birch. Hevea plywood is the future of the construction industry. On behalf of our company we offer E-FORM, Wiremesh and T-FORM.

E-FORM is Au-Mex’s main-stream product line for concrete shuttering. It is great cost-effective solution.

Wiremesh has anti-slip film surface, excellent load capacity and good wear resistance.

T-FORM is suitable for construction requiring an aesthetic concrete surface.
